Jason is a seasoned mediator with extensive experience in resolving a wide range of disputes, with an emphasis in employment-related claims, interpersonal conflicts, and workplace legal issues. Jason has conducted over 2,000 mediations during his 25 years with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and beyond. Known for his diligence, strategic thinking, and perseverance, Jason works closely with parties and counsel to define issues, evaluate settlement potential, and find resolution paths even in the most challenging negotiations.

Jason has provided training for mediators, attorneys, and HR professionals, and spoken at numerous events including the Missouri Bar Association MO SOLO Conference/CLE, SHRM, NILG, Association of Missouri Mediators, and EEOC TAPS. He has trained staff for the Missouri Commission on Human Rights and served as a guest lecturer for mediation classes at Saint Louis University School of Law, Washington University Law School, and the University of Missouri Center for the Study of Dispute Resolution. During prior federal government furloughs, he volunteered as a mediator resolving landlord-tenant disputes before the City of St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court.

I am curious by nature, and love travel, music, and fixing things.”
